Department of Visual Sciences (DOVS) and Eye Donation Center (EDC) at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India, is committed to providing comprehensive Ophthalmic care to our patients. The Department is comprised of a group of extremely well qualified, experienced, sincere, honest and courteous Ophthalmic Surgeons dedicated to various subspecialties of Ophthalmology and well supported by the support staff of Ocularist, Optometrist, Optician, OT-OPD staff.
We have already been accredited to function as an Eye Donation and Keratoplasty Center and plan to evolve as a full-fledged Eye Bank. We have also started Sports Ophthalmology which aims to enhance the performance of athletes with improvement in their vision parameters and Paediatric Oculoplasty for congenital eye anomalies. We also lay great emphasis on research and publications to evolve as a department.
